Where are we moving?

I (Dr. Sarah) will be moving my family and the clinic up to Cedar Falls! We're excited to be closer to family and be another generation living on my family farm! The new clinic location (opening date of January 12th) will be:

704 Main Street Cedar Falls, IA 50613

What does this mean for current patients in Ankeny?

My last day in the Ankeny clinic will be December 18th, 2025. If you are a current patient and would like to continue with PT after I am gone, I have a few options for you!

1. Virtual: If you would like to continue with virtual check-in's and updating of your home exercises, that would be awesome! The rates for that will be slightly different:

   1. 30 minute visit = $60 USD

   2. 60 minute visit = $120 USD

2. Home Visit: If you would like to continue working with me, but really crave the manual aspect, I can still come to you in your home! These visits would be 1-2x/month and I would bring my portable table to you for a 60 minute session. Rates for this are also slightly different to factor in travel time and gas:

   1. 60 minute session: $200

3. Referral: If you would like to continue with PT, but would rather have a referral, great! I would be happy to find someone new for you that's a great fit!

What if I haven't been in for a while and want to have a check-in before you leave?

Great! I'd be happy to get you in before December 18th. Just send me an email or text and I'd be happy to help!
